Commercial terms for Telloric AI voice automation services.
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Telloric AI’s website, demos, AI voice agent platform, admin tools, analytics, workflows, and related business services. They are designed to clarify responsibilities for both Telloric AI and its customers when deploying AI-powered calling in real business operations.
Service scope
Telloric AI provides AI voice experiences, call routing, dashboards, transcripts, structured outcomes, and operational visibility tools for business teams.
Shared responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful use, caller disclosures, account security, and the content and outcomes of their business workflows.
Important limitation
Telloric AI supports business automation, but AI outputs may vary. Customers should review high-risk workflows and maintain human oversight where business impact requires it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Telloric AI’s website, demos, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related order form, proposal, statement of work, or written agreement that references them. If you use Telloric AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict for the services covered by that agreement.
2. Services and Accounts
Telloric AI may provide inbound or outbound AI voice handling, call routing, intake flows, dashboards, admin access, transcripts, analytics, integrations, and support services. Features may differ by package, pilot scope, region, or contract.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, restricting access to authorized users, protecting credentials, and notifying Telloric AI promptly of suspected unauthorized use or security incidents.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Telloric AI only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
- Process data or call campaigns without required notices, permissions, or regulatory compliance.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass platform security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use the service to create spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, or discriminatory workflows.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or any material that disrupts telecommunications or customer systems.
4. AI and Telephony Terms
A. AI-assisted outcomes
Telloric AI uses automated systems to interpret speech, classify caller intent, generate responses, summarize calls, and trigger workflows. Because AI output is probabilistic, results may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation. Customers should review and validate business-critical or high-risk use cases.
B. Call recording and disclosures
Customers are responsible for providing any legally required disclosures, consent notices, or call recording announcements. Customers must ensure that their use of voice automation complies with applicable telecommunications, privacy, consumer protection, employment, and sector-specific laws.
C. Human escalation
For use cases involving disputes, emergencies, financial commitments, regulated advice, or other sensitive decisions, customers should configure escalation paths to trained human operators where appropriate.
5. Fees, Billing, and Commercial Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a proposal or signed agreement, pricing, usage limits, overages, support scope, implementation services, renewal terms, and billing schedules will be governed by the commercial documents that apply to your subscription, pilot, or order. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Telloric AI may suspend access for materially overdue payments, suspected fraud, legal compliance reasons, or customer activity that threatens platform security, availability, or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property and Data
Telloric AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, platform, software, workflows, branding, documentation, models, and service improvements, excluding customer data. Customers retain rights in the data, prompts, scripts, and materials they provide, subject to the rights necessary for Telloric AI to host, process, transmit, and support the service.
Customers may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create competing derivative services from Telloric AI except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
7. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Liability
Telloric AI aims to provide a reliable, business-ready service, but except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that AI-generated outputs will always meet every customer expectation or legal requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telloric AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data. Any direct liability relating to the service will be limited to the amounts paid by the customer to Telloric AI for the applicable service period giving rise to the claim, unless a different cap is stated in a signed agreement.
8. Termination and Changes
Either party may terminate or choose not to renew according to the terms of the applicable commercial agreement. Telloric AI may suspend or terminate access immediately for unlawful activity, material breach, abusive conduct, or security threats. Upon termination, access to the service may end and data handling will follow the applicable contract, retention settings, and legal obligations.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the business, law, security requirements, or product capabilities. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
